先日はお問い合わせいただきありがとうございました。
当店のコースメニューですが、時期によって、また入荷状況によって内容が変わる為申し訳ございませんがこの場で詳細なお答えをする事ができません。
ちなみに本日は
3500円コース
1、鮮魚のカルパッチョ
2、7種のお刺身の盛り合せ
（大トロ・赤身・タイ・カンパチ・ヒラメ・金目鯛・トビウオ)
3、しっとり鶏のパリパリサラダ
4、海老のエビによるえびソース
5、まぐろのカマのスペアリブ
6、雑魚のグリル
（イズカサゴ・ホンビノス貝）
7、高菜焼き飯
8、浜の味噌汁
9、桜のジェラート
4000円コースは上記に
車海老の香港風・ずわい蟹のてんこ盛りグラタンまたは白子のゴルゴンゾーラグラタン・いずみ鶏の鉄板焼きが付いて、上記の③⑦⑧が付きません。
4500円コースは、前菜にアワビの料理、和牛のお料理一品、お食事がしらす野沢菜ごはんと新筍のスープに変わります。

先日、電話でメニューについて伺った際、親切にお答えいただき、ありがとうございます。
今度、弊社の社員旅行中（１７名程）の食事について、ブログなどを通じて、評判のレストランを探したところ、’開花屋 by the sea’を見つけるに至りました。そこで、お願いなのですが、先日、伺った三つのコースメニュー（3500円、4000円、4500円）について、お品書きを詳しく教えて頂けないでしょうか。よろしく、お願い致します。
