Thank you very much for using KAIKAYA as always.

For those first time customers:

Please understand the fact, that we can’t accept reservation for lunch time. Because our lunch menu is very simple and it’s different with dinner menu. So for customers who comes from outside of japan, we would recommend “Dinner Time”, in order to experience and enjoy our entire specialties. Not only that, the atmosphere during lunch and dinner are different. So if you plan to come for lunch, we would love you to also come to dinner.
Although, we accept your reservation, it is difficult control the time flow. We’re very sorry but we may have to ask you to wait for table to ready, depending on the situation.

"FRESH FISH CARPACCIO"

INGREDIENTS

• EXTRA FINE FRESH AMBER JACK①
• VEGETABLE (LETTUCE,CHICORY,
RUCOLA,TREVISO,etc...)②
• SALT and BLACKPEPPER ③
• ROAST GARLIC with OLIVE OIL ④
• GENOVESE BASIL PASTE ⑤
• BALSAMIC VINEGAR ⑥
• CUT LEMMON ⑦
• DRY PARSLEY ⑧

DIRECTIONS
※Please Using a sharp knife,
First, cut paper-thin slices of ①
It's cutting work horizontally from the top and arranged regularly it on a plate.

ADD
A pinch of ③ over the fish.
And, 1 table spoon ④ 2 tea spoon ⑤
1 tea spoon ⑥ squeeze ⑦ with ②
sprinkle over the fish ⑧
