DIRECTIONS
※Please Using a sharp knife,
First, cut paper-thin slices of ①
It's cutting work horizontally from the top and arranged regularly it on a plate.
ADD
A pinch of ③ over the fish.
And, 1 table spoon ④ 2 tea spoon ⑤
1 tea spoon ⑥ squeeze ⑦ with ②
sprinkle over the fish ⑧

Hello, I had an amazing dinner in your restaurant last Friday. The recommended menu with 8 dishes was wonderful, a poem of flavours.
Could you please tell me from which fish was the carpaccio and which spices did you use?
I will try to do it at home, of course I will not reach the same perfection but I have to try 😃.
