Hello everyone. How are you doing? Fresh fish from the west to southwest are plentiful at the Toyosu Fish Market, although 3days ago, typhoons was passing over the Pacific side of Japan east have caused a dearth of fish from that area.
The Kurohoshi Fuedai in the photo (its Japanese name meaning "sea bream with a black star on the body side, its mouth like a flute") will be made into "Grilled Fresh Fish". Thank you again for your cooperation today!

今日仕入れた「ユメカサゴ」と「アカハタ」です。体長約15センチの小さなユメカサゴは骨までサクサク食べれるように「二度揚げ」にします。アカハタはハウススペシャルの「鮮魚のグリル」に使います。今日も東京中央市場豊洲は新鮮な魚で溢れかえっていました。
I LOVE FISH!

These are "YUME KASAGO Sagami scorpionfish" and "AKAHATA red grouper" that we purchased today. The small scorpionfish, about 15 centimeters long, are "twice-fried" so that they can be eaten crispy to the bone. The red grouper is used for the house special "Grilled Fresh Fish. The Tokyo Central Market Toyosu was again overflowing with fresh fish today.

皆様こんにちは。花コースの中の二皿です。ジャガイモが超甘くてビックリ。海老が超プリプリでびっくり。
These are two dishes from the HANA course. The potatoes were super sweet. The prawns were super plump and surprising.

こんにちは!
いつも有難うございます。開花屋バイザシーは本日17:00からオープン致します。今日もお魚沢山仕入れました。元旦から災難に遭われた方を思うといたたまれませんが、こんな時こそ元気な人間が世の中と経済を盛り上げなくっちゃいけないと言うのは2011年に学びました。なので今年も頑張って参ります。
